We drive to Ping-Tung from 4:00am to 10:00am. We are going to my mother in law’s house in Ping-Tung , for join their Harvest Festival. TO join their Harvest Festival

My mother in law WAS origin lived in Taiwan, and there is an activity in their village that they called Harvest Festival.

ALONG the high-way , our tire got broken.

Because it is early morning on weekend, and we HAVE to ASK FOR car factory carefully.

Thanks god!! The Boss is very nice, he gives discount and free vegetables  to us.

I don’t think that will happen in my city.

Ping-Tung is south place in Taiwan.

Although living in the same country , it's a different life style in south place of Taiwan.

low standard of living - living a simple life.

Our first station in Ping-Tong, is the store that's been operating for thirty years.

They serving a common food but more delicious and inexpensive.

We had order 3 sets of noodles with soup and one plate of vegetable and one can of wheat soda.

All of the meal only spend NT:150 dollars.

If we order the same meal in northern place that must cost double charge.

After great meal, we are ready go to visit grandmother.

She is 88 years old, although she is old but healthy. And her favorite food is Cigarette and rice wine and areca, I don’t know how to conversation with grandmother, because she can’t speak Chinese.

It’s ok!! though we can’t chat, but smile is great language.

Afternoon, we go to watch the show at Harvest Festival, it was boring and the weather was hot, we just stayed for a few minutes then we walked to another store in the market to eat ice cream.

That was a great weekend , we spend long hours driving but stayed  just for few hours in Ping Tung.
